Project Starline

Project Starline is Google’s technology project that combines advances in hardware and software to enable friends, families and coworkers to feel together, even when they're cities or countries apart.

My Role

I own the design of software user experience, including creating 2D and 3D environments, end-to-end meeting experience, establishing a brand new design system & principles, visioning & prototyping the future of telepresence, and helping establish design processes to align cross-functional teams. I also collaborate with two other designers on the hardware industrial design.

I work with a small but mighty team consisting of UX Researchers, Product Managers, Software & Hardware Engineers, Research Scientists, and Marketing Managers.
